For YouTube creators

Students use Studyio to work through YouTube courses, including yours, from the first video to the last. Here is exactly how your videos appear, and why it's good for your channel.

Your videos stay on YouTube

  • Every video plays in YouTube's own embedded player, streamed from YouTube, under YouTube's terms.
  • Your channel name and the original titles are shown, and each course links back to your playlist on YouTube.
  • Ads are YouTube's. We never block, skip or replace them.
  • We never download, re-upload, cut or edit your videos.
  • You stay in control. Make a video private, delete it or block embedding, and it stops playing here too; it is shown as unavailable. Add a video to your playlist and students are offered it.

How it helps your channel

  • More of your playlist gets watched. Students see their progress through your course, pick up exactly where they stopped, and are nudged to keep going with streaks and deadlines, so they reach your later videos instead of dropping off.
  • Your teaching sticks. A short quiz after each video and flashcards later help students remember what you taught.
  • New students find you. Every course has a public page that search engines can find, credited to your channel and linking to YouTube, and students can search the library by topic.
  • Proof of learning. Students who finish your course can get a certificate naming it, with a public link they can share.

Want something changed?

If you'd like a course featured as recommended, its details corrected, or a course of yours hidden from the library, write to siddhajperiwal@gmail.com from your channel's contact email and we'll sort it out.

Share your course

Linking to your course page on Studyio from your video descriptions gives your viewers a way to study your playlist as a course, with notes and quizzes, for free. Find yours in the course list.
